  Interested in learning more about becoming a deacon? Formal classes are scheduled to begin in the fall of 2018. The diocese will hold two information meetings at the Diocesan Pastoral Center, 2620 Lebanon Avenue, Belleville,IL, Building 6 and the second is on January 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the same location. You will need to attend both sessions. These meetings will provide a great deal of information regarding the requirements of the program and will explain the types of service fulfilled by deacons. Members of the Deacon Formation Committee will present the programs and will be available to answer questions. To assist in planning and to ensure we have adequate program materials at the meetings, please contact Patti Warner at the Deacon Formation Office to let her know you plan to attend.   The Cantata “The Saints and Angels Song” will be performed
  by adult and youth singers on Sunday, December
  24, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. Practices for this event will begin
  on Sunday, November 19th from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the
  church. ALL youth and adult members of our congregation
  who would like to join are welcome and encouraged to participate.

  you will be singing with us for this special program.
